Experience Sea Walk at North Bay island, go snorkeling and diving to witness the stunning coral reefs and aquatic life enjoy long serene walks at the Havelock islands, or explore the Limestone caves in Alfred Caves to witness mother nature’s mysteries in actual form. This is a short and sweet manual for first timers who are excited to explore Andaman. We want to ensure that you have a shock proof experience during your Andaman vacation and avoid those “classic first time mistakes” while you are there. Also, we have listed a few tips and giveaways for you so that you know your destination a tidsy bit better and can enjoy a wholesome vacation with your family and friends. Take note of these little pointers and you are good to go.
Welcome to Andaman vacation and welcome to Port Blair. Our representative will be waiting outside holding a placard with your name on it. You will be taken to your hotel where you relax and rest. After Lunch, proceed to the nearest Beach (9Kms), Carbyn’s Cove. The Crescent shaped coconut palm fringed Carbyn’s Cove ideal for swimming & bathing.
Proceed back to your Hotel to freshen up and in the evening proceed to attend the enthralling Sound and Light Show at Cellular Jail – where the heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggle is brought alive. Drop back to the hotel.
After breakfast, start for a tour of places in & around Port Blair (City Tour) – covering the famous Cellular Jail*(a witness to the freedom struggle), Chatham Saw Mill (one of the oldest & largest in Asia), Forest Museum, Anthropological Museum, Fisheries (Marine) Museum and Naval Marine Museum.
After lunch, we visit the Administrative Capital Prior to Independence from where the Britishers governed the entire A & N Islands-ROSS ISLAND, A destination for Nature Walk amidst friendly Deer’s & Peacocks. Smritika Museum, records the life of its political prisoners.
Note: There is no bottled water sold on Ross Island and hence we would recommend you to carry bottled water with you and cold filtered water is available at Ross Island ticket counter at no cost. Ross Island is closed on Wednesday. If your tour falls on Wednesday we would interchange it with the previous days plan.

Havelock Island, 54 km from Port Blair is one among the most popular destination. Departure from Port Blair on a passenger ferry to Havelock Island and on arrival our representative would be waiting at the exit of the jetty. Then proceed to the selected hotel to relax, after Lunch enjoy the famous Radhanagar Beach (N/Ac Car/Jeep will be provided for pickup and drop, time spent 2-3 hours). This beach has been consistently rated as one of the best beach in Asia. Watch a mesmerizing sunset on this beach before returning back to your hotel to relax and unwind.
Embark on the most memorable snorkeling trip, Elephant beach offers snorkelers calm blue crystal clear shallow waters and is the perfect spot for beginner snorkelers. It’s also a great place to just spend the day lying on the beach and relaxing. The reef here starts very close to shore at a depth of about 1 meter. The large reef is mostly made up of hard coral and has plenty of marine life. Upon completion of the activity, proceed back to Havelock.
Note: Inclusive of snorkeling equipment, car pick up, boat ride and drop to jetty. (The trip is subject to weather conditions and visibility)
In the morning, board the ferry and return to Port Blair. Our representative will meet you at Port Blair and drop you to your hotel. After lunch, proceed to Chidyatapu – famous for lush green mangroves, forest cover with numerous chirping birds and Sandy beach (Known as the Sunset Point).
Today, you will be dropped off to the airport for your onward flight. Return home with sweet memories.
