This is a short and sweet manual for first timers who are about to visit Nepal. We want to ensure that you have a shock proof experience during your Nepal trip and avoid those “classic first time mistakes” while you are there. Also, we have listed a few tips and giveaways for you so that you know your destination a tad bit better and can have a stress free vacation. Take note of these little pointers and you are good to go.

 

  • Best time for Nepal trip- October - December ( Autumn), April- May (Late Spring)
  • It is a hiker's paradise. So, hikers and trekkers can explore a lot even on their own in the nearby surroundings.
  • Carry cash with you as the ATMs are not that reliable at all times.
  • Camping is possible if you are doing multi day hikes in the country and in remote regions. You get horses, a guide and a cook as well.
  • Get a local sim card of you wish to stay connected. Roaming on your current service provider is not a sure thing .
  • Free visa on arrival valid for 30 days is given to all the SAARC country citizens. Also, you must pay in cash only.
  • Nepali is the first language in Nepal. English is commonly spoken in major cities like Kathmandu. However, in lesser regions, a smile and a NAMASTE shall be helpful to gain trust and any help of the locals.
  • Marijuana grows wild everywhere in Nepal. Hashish is available easily too. However, travellers for such an inclination must be cautious during buying the same. Undercover cops usually offer to sell them and if you do, you will definitely fall in trouble
  • If you see buff written on food items on the menu, it means buffalo. As, Nepalis like Indians rever cow, hence, they instead go for buffalo.

This Extraordinary Nepal trip is a seasonal package valid till September, 2019. Kindly confirm before booking the same.

This mentioned price is based on 4 pax tour.

There may be certain surcharges applicable at the time of booking. All above rates are subject to availability at the time of confirmation and can be changed without prior notice

Actual ROE is charged at the time of confirmation.

All tours are subject to weather conditions and will operate only if weather permits, no refund will be given if services are not operated due to weather or natural problems.

Please make sure you follow the timings given by the driver and guide for all the services and transfers. In case you fail to follow the timings, the Driver will leave for which no refund will be given.

Hotel and airline cancellations to be applied.

Hotels suggested in the itinerary can be changed and will be equivalent or more to the one given to you in terms of price as per the official rate sheet of the hotel.

Please note to take care of the visa processing and its time as we will not be responsible for any kind of delays or refusal of visa from the concerned consulate and the cancellation policy of the holiday will be applied.

The above tour cost is calculated as per the current taxes, visa charges and other charges as per the current date. Any change till the time of departure and any additional cost of such nature will have to be taken care by the client.
