Refunds will be processed only after the lapse of the travel date & refunds received from the concerned service provider. Thereafter, it will take 25-30 days for the amount to be credited back, after all adjustments, to the source of payment for B2C customers.

Due to large volumes of cancelations and modification requests because of the COVID19 situation we are facing an unprecedented situation. Therefore refunds pertaining to the COVID19 situation can take up to 90-120 days for refund process after receiving the refund from the airline/hotel. You are strongly recommend to reschedule your travel instead of cancelation.
Cancelation policy for all airiness, class of seats & hotels vary & should be clarified at the time of booking.

Thereafter, we will try to cancel the services with the concerned hotel or airline. However, due to time constraints you may be asked to contact the hotel or airline directly.
Sometimes, due to technical issues, we may not receive your request online, email or in app chat. In case of no response from our side for more than 4 hours, you are advised to call our customer support on +91 124 493 7000 and place your request. Trip Tap Toe will not be liable for any loss incurred in such case.
In case airline ticket, hotel booking or any other service is cancelled directly with the airline, hotel or service supplier, it needs to be intimated to Trip Tap Toe by phone, email or in app chat message and should be supported by valid documentation of cancelation proof in order to initiate the refund process. It is recommend to contact us not later than 24 hours of cancelation.

Apart from the cancelation & change amount charged by airlines, we charge service fees as below:
Hotels: ₹ 500 per booking
Domestic Airlines: ₹ 300 per person per way
International Airlines: ₹ 1000 per person
In case of full refund of airline tickets, convenience fees charged at the time of booking will only be refunded in TTTWallet or as Coupon Code.

Once you confirm your hotel booking with us, it may take up to 72 hours for the bookings to be updated with the hotel.
Some hotels do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples to check-in. This is at full discretion of the hotel management. No refund would be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. Customers are requested to kindly cross check with us or the hotel before booking.
On certain sectors we display fixed departures / coupon fares which are highly discounted fares. It may take up to 15 hours to get a reconfirmation from the airlines on the validity of these fares & generate PNR. Passengers are encouraged not to book these fares in case of urgent travel. These fares are non refundable & non changeable. In case of unavailability the complete booking amount will be refunded back to bank or TTT Wallet as per passenger preference.
In the event of Force Majeure, Trip Tap Toe Private Limited reserves the right to process the cancelation of booked services without any prior notice and Trip Tap Toe shall not be liable for any loss thereof.
In the event of Force Majeure, Trip Tap Toe Private Limited reserves the right to completely suspend or hold processing of refunds and payments till further notice.
Force Majeure events shall mean any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Parties like war, riot, flood, fire, Acts of God, epidemic, explosion, disease, earthquake, hijacking, sabotage, crime.
In all cases, we try to reconfirm the bookings. However, there may be cases that the hotel is unable to confirm the bookings due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, we will provide you alternate options or refund back the amount.
